Cancellation Policy

In short — cancel any time before 7 November 2026 and get a full refund. After publication you can cancel only if you have not yet opened the digital issue.
1.Cancelling before publication
You can cancel your booking at any time before the issue is published on 7 November 2026. No reason is needed. The full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

You have not yet signed in to the app or website
Yes — full refund, as long as the digital issue has not been opened.
You have signed in and opened the digital issue
No — digital content cannot be returned once accessed.
T-shirt add-on not yet dispatched
Yes — the T-shirt amount is refunded in full.
T-shirt add-on already dispatched
Only if it arrives damaged or wrong — see the Refund Policy.
3.How to cancel
- Email contact@intrepidians.com or WhatsApp +91 93231 17704 with your Razorpay Payment ID, the email used for booking, and the word "Cancel".
- We confirm the cancellation within 2 working days and deactivate the account issued for that booking.
- The refund is initiated within 5–7 working days of confirmation and returns to the original payment method; banks usually credit it within 5–10 working days.
4.Cancellation by us
If we cannot publish the issue, or cannot deliver an add-on you paid for, we cancel that part of the order ourselves and refund it in full within 15 working days, without you having to ask.
